A DORSET GROUP IS NOW OFFERING BADGER VACCINATION TO FARMERS AND LANDOWNERS ACROSS DORSET.
Professionally Trained Vaccinators are already helping Dorset Farmers, Cattle and Wildlife in the battle Against Bovine Tuberculosis (bTB)

The Dorset Badger Vaccination Project (DBVP) has been set up by local people who have been trained by the DEFRA-funded Animal & Plant Health Agency (APHA) in the trapping, vaccination and release of badgers.

DBVP said, “Not all farmers and landowners realise that vaccination is an alternative to culling and farmers in a cull zone are not obliged to join in the cull.”

We’re also starting to sell some wonderful artwork and products; please support us and click here.

West Dorset artist Sam Cannon has donated one of her paintings to help raise funds to vaccinate local badgers against bovine tuberculosis (bTB).   (Have a look here).

There’s a super video here from the Somerset Vaccination Project.
This describes how it all works.

Have you seen the Town Crier in Dorchester yet?
